Locale is an open source community platform serving the needs of local communities within New Zealand. It's free to join, contribute and take part within the collective whilst having a voice in the future direction and development of Locale.

Yet the world has always been this way throughout history, the only difference today is that modern technology offers far more advanced and effective tools in accomplishing this.
