Import Data Effectively
WP Ever Accounting gives you an opportunity to import accounting entities such as customers, vendors, accounts, and more in CSV format.
To import these components, go to the ‘Tools’ menu. There, you will find both the importing options.

Import Customers
WP Ever Accounting lets you import customers independently. From the dashboard under ‘Accounting‘, go to the ‘Tools’ menu. There, you will find both the import and export options. Click on the “Import” tab and there you will find a field to import.
A sample file formatted in CSV is given so that you can download the file and learn about the fields required to import customers. To download the file, simply click on the “Sample” from the customer field and a CSV file will be downloaded on demand.
Import Customers – CSV Formatiing

Import Vendors
WP Ever Accounting gives you the option to import its components. From the dashboard under ‘Accounting‘, go to the ‘Tools’ menu. There, you will find both the import and export options. Click on the “Import” tab and there you will find a field to import vendors.
A sample file formatted in CSV is given so that you can download the file and learn about the fields required to import vendors. To download the file, simply click on the “Sample” from the “Import Vendors” field and a CSV file will be downloaded on demand.

Export Data
WP Ever Accounting gives you an opportunity to export data. To export accounting entities, go to Tools menu from Accounting. There, you will find both the import and export options.

The following components you can export from the export page. Simply click on the export button for each entity and a CSV file will be downloaded instantly.

How to Export Data
Exporting data is way easier than importing in WP Ever Accounting. To export data in CSV format, you just have to click on the export button. In effect, a CSV file with your data will be downloaded immediately.
Export Customers
Go to Tools>Export. Click Export from the customers’ field to export data in CSV.
Once you click on Export, a CSV file will be downloaded containing all customer data. A sample of customer data is given below –
Export Vendors
Go to Tools>Export. Click Export from the vendors’ field.
Once you click on Export, a CSV file will be downloaded containing all vendor data. A sample of vendor data is given below –
Export Revenues
Go to Tools>Export. Click Export from the revenues’ field.
